Dmic Crack codes in algebra

Today our group was   working on Dmic problems and learning how to crack codes in algebra this week in math. Dmic with my group was a lot of fun since we genuinely shared ideas and kept to our group norms.

 THANK YOU

Falefitu Tony Laulu

Today we had a surprise author named Falefitu Tony Laulu he talked to us about the book and the book in samoan is called O le Tu’uaga o le Aoga a Lemalie ma Sakalia if we translate it in english it means Lemalie and Salalia’s school holiday and the other book is called O a’u o le Samoa which means I am a Samoan. Falefitu talked to us about our culture and about saying that we are our culture and believe that you are your culture. He showed us his amazing books about Pasifika culture, in particular Samoan. It shows what it really is like in the world now. My favourite book is O a’u o le Samoa because it was talking about a little boy that didn’t understand Samoan but his grandad told him you have the rich, strong blood of Samoa and you are samoan so believe in yourself. The book that I like the most is ' O au o le Samoa ' which is about this boy who thinks he doesn't know much about his culture. The story goes on to explain that culture is not just about the way you speak - the language, it's the way you represent On behalf of room 3 literacy we would like to say thank you for surprising us.

Book About The Story Olympics

Today I was reading a book called Olympics and its about people  getting ready for the Olympics. Runners, swimmers, skiers, and skaters  them  practicing and  teams are learning to work together. Meanwhile, workers are making flags, medals, uniforms and equipment. But soon the Olympic torch will be lighted and the games will start

 Olympics! by B. G. Hennessy, Michael D. Chesworth | 9780140384871 | Reviews, Description and More @ BetterWorldBooks.com

I predict that they will work together and that someone will win the Olympics and I think that the workers can make different things for the people getting ready for the Olympics. I really enjoyed this story because has a connection. The connection is that this year there is a Olympics happening at Toyko.

Term 2 Reflection

 Reflection Term 2

My highlight for this term is going to camp and doing an experience about leadership and about O le ala I le pule o le tautua.

My next highlight is fiafia because I liked the different cultural performances and the groups songs and dances.

My last highlight was going to Te oro to perform our performance that we did on the night of fiafia and me doing a speech in samoan about the theme.
