Who is God to Me?

"To Me, Who Is God?" To many different individuals, God might mean many different things. Many individuals think that there is no God, while others feel that there is no God since no one has ever seen him. Because of my religion, I am convinced that there is a God. I believe in God and think that He is real. There are several reasons why I believe in God and who He is to me.

But there are three reasons that stand out for me when it comes to who God is. The following are some of them: God is my buddy and creator, and he is always there for me. These are my top three explanations for who God is and what God means to me, and God has never failed me in my life. Sometimes I feel like God has let me down or that He hasn't answered my prayers when I needed Him the most, but I have to remember that everything God does is for a purpose.

I don't think  anyone can entirely understand why God acts the way He does. As a result, I don't feel  God has ever let me down in this regard. He just does these things for a purpose, and if you trust Him, He will never fail you. God is the one friend I've ever had who has remained with me throughout my life.

He was there for me before I was born, and He will be there for me when I depart. God is the greatest listener, and I can speak with Him at any time and from anyplace. He is always there for me whenever I want to talk to Him or ask Him a question, while most of my other friends are at least a phone call away, but not God. Even when I don't feel like He is, He has always been there for me in times of need. Even when I make a mistake, He is there to forgive me and correct me.

Holidays

The word ‘Holiday’ fills our heart with joy and pleasure. We all want a holiday to arrive as soon as possible so that we get time to relax and play. In the writing, we will discuss why we love holidays and how we can spend it.

We love holidays because we get time free from homework and other school stuff and we can do whatever we want to do and  Everyone, whether young or old, likes to have time to relax and enjoy there holiday.

You can spend your holiday by planning a variety of outside activities, such as playing an outdoor game, going on a picnic, or going to the market. You can still enjoy your holiday doing things inside  like ludo, chess, karaoke, and playing board games with your family members if you stay inside. It will allow you to relax while also sharpening your mind and making you wiser.

You can simply sit and relax with other members of your family. Pay attention to your grandparents' stories. If they stay with you, you consider yourself lucky, and treat them with respect and time. You may also help your parents in the kitchen or water the plants; these activities will make you pleased and happy in the end. It is not necessary to spend the holiday season celebrating expensively; even simple acts performed inside the limits of your home can make you happy.

Holidays are the most loved and important events in a person’s life. It is very important and refreshing in its own way for everyone. Whatever you do on a holiday, you should do it with happiness and joy, not to mention respect for your elders.

Have a Happy Holidays

Christmas

Christmas is a week of pleasure, not just a day of exchanging gifts and celebrating with family and friends. The exciting days leading up to Christmas to the  joy  that leads from the carols of Christmas prove that December 25th is a very special holiday. To me, Christmas means spending and sharing time and moments with family and friends, as well as celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. The gifts and food are wonderful, but the main purpose of Christmas is to celebrate Christ's birth. As the holidays approach, some families prepare for the season by putting up Christmas trees, hanging lights across the house, purchasing gifts for friends and family, and planning for the annual Christmas celebration.

People give gifts frequently over the Christmas season and take them for granted. Traditionally, this occasion is associated with receiving gifts. Giving a present, in my opinion, is just as enjoyable as receiving one. Giving can often be much more rewarding than receiving. Finding the ideal gift, making someone happy, and having them realise that you put that much time into just one gift is only one way that Christmas offers joy to everyone.

When it comes to Christmas, the main objective is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas is still a religious festival, a precious occasion for singing Christmas Carols at church services, attending midnight mass, listening to the message, praying, and engaging in other religious traditions to celebrate the birth of Jesus christ. Christmas is a season of religious joy, as well as an inner joy of light and peace."

Christmas is a day to interact, spend time with family and friends, and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that Christmas is a season of reflection not only rejoicing.

Year of 2021

This year has been an extremely unusual year, with Covid and many other events happening throughout the year 2021. We participated in a variety of events, and it was a busy year for Team 5 in Year 7 and 8.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Team 5 teachers Mrs Tele'a, Mr Moran, Miss Setefano, Miss Hall, Ms Tipene, Mrs Stone, and Mrs llaoa for all that you've done for us over the past two years. All of these teachers sacrificed personal and family time to plan various activities and lessons for us over the last two years.

We are so grateful for everything you guys have done for us. We are extremely blessed to have such wonderful teachers that are willing to assist and support us. Thank you for all of your support and love, and we appreciate all of the hard work you've done for us over the last two years that we've been in team 5.

Camp was a pleasure for me this year since I was able to meet other friends and families from the area. Camp was a pleasure for me because I was able to participate in various activities with others, which allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone and face my fears.

My second highlight of the year was fiafia, which we finally completed this year after failing to do in the previous year due to covid 19. My favourite part of Fiafia was watching the many cultural dances and listening to the various songs they performed.

My most recent best moment was the 15th of December, which was the last day of school. The last day of school was my favourite since it was a day when we got to say our goodbyes. It was bittersweet because the year 8 students for 2021 were departing, and most of us were in happy tears as we said our goodbyes to our teachers, who I know will have a great time. Another reason why the last day of school was my favourite was that I was able to spend it at school rather than at home in lockdown.

I would like to say my gratitude to the Point England School teachers, support staff and the team for inspiring, guiding, listening , teaching and loving us. Thank you for supporting us and thank you for your guys' hard work that you guys have done for us and for giving up your time to teach us. To all the support staff at Point  England school I would like to say thank you for helping us with our work and for all your love and for cooperating with us in different times.   We really appreciate you guys for everything you guys did for us in the last two years that we were there.

WE LOVE YOU

Recommending.

Today I was reading the book called Not-So-Perfect Cookie. I recommend this book to people who bake and who want to bake cookies because there's recipes and you can learn how to bake. I recommend this book because it's a book where you can learn how to bake cookies and you can learn new things about how to bake different things. Which cookie shapes are the most common? The most common shapes are Gingerbread Man,Hearts, Letters and numbers. Dog bones.Christmas trees, bells, angels, and snowmen. Stars. What type of shapes or designs would you create? I would design some gingerbread and some different Christmas biscuits.

Today’s bible verse for today is from Philippians chapter 4 verse 13 ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens. Last Day Of Term 3

 Talofa Lava Everyone!

As you are aware today is the last day of term 3 and as you know Auckland is in level 3 lockdown so I was sad that I didn't get to spend the last day of term 3 with my class and friends. I had a lot of fun in the first 3 weeks of school until lockdown happened and Auckland had to stay in there bubbles with there families and now we basically spent the whole 7 weeks in lockdown. I would like to give a big thank you to my teachers for supporting me in my learning even though we were in level 4 lockdown even though it was hard to communicate and help me with my learning because it's easier if we were in class face to face so that we could understand and I would like to thank the teachers for my little treat that came in this afternoon and for all the money they spent on buying these treats for me and for the other 5 people that won.

I hope my teachers have a great holiday and have fun spending time with there families. Have a great holiday I might be still posting some more blog posts about my lockdown or other things.

What are my most grateful for in life?

What are my most grateful for in life?

I’m very grateful for my parents as they gave me life and raised me with their love and sweat. They are always standing behind me, cheering me on, and giving me a hand when I need help and they brought a roof for me to stay and or else I wouldn't live in a house and I would have nothing so thats why I am so grateful for my beautiful parents.

I am grateful to have friends because otherwise I wouldn’t have friends to play with anyone and enjoy like a family and act like a family. It is important to trust in your friends so that it means that you have trust in them and they trust in you and believe in you as friends and that we all give respect to each other.

I am grateful to have all the team  5 teachers because they are always helpful and are  always kind. The team  5 teachers  are awesome because they  are nice and they trust and believe in me and she gives us respect. s and she will always laugh with us and enjoy having fun with us.

I am grateful to those who have served in wars, those who are fighting for their lives, and those who have given their lives for us. I am grateful to the people for giving up their life and respecting us for what they have done for us, as well as for providing us with protection and respect, as well as for trusting and believing in us.

God deserves praise because he created me and my family. I am grateful that God forgives and loves us; he forgives us for the wrongs we have committed, and he loves, respects, trusts, believes in, and guides us through his love and care for us. I'm glad for the way it's directing us in our minds and hearts.

today I decided to write 5 things i'm grateful for and why. I really enjoyed writing these kind of blog posts because It makes me think about my thoughts and why i'm grateful for these people and things and I hope you enjoy reading my blog post about what I'm grateful for.

Hauora Talk

Today at 10am all the girls had a hauora talk with Ms Setefano and we were talking about the quote from Mark 12:30-31 and it says ‘Love our neighbour as yourself and what that means. We were talking about what does love mean and us girls were saying love is an emotion and it means someone cares about you, it's a passion, and commitment. Love involves care, closeness, protectiveness, attraction, affection, and trust and then we started talking about who your neighbour and most of us girls said family, siblings and teachers but then Mrs Setefano said neighbour is everyone around you not just your family, friends or your close relationships with others. The girls were talking about what Love our neighbour as yourself'' means. We said it means helping others, being kind, being compassionate, treating others the way you want to be treated and using your manners and putting others first before yourself which means helping others or complimenting them. I would like to THANK YOU Mrs Setefano for teaching us about loving our neighbour before loving us and Thank you for supporting us in our learning.

My Lockdown

This Term has been pretty crazy with everything happening in New Zealand and around the world. In term 1 & 2 everything was normal and us students would be at school with teachers learning, but because of level 4  lockdown we are not able to do learning from school and see our friends or go to school and it has lasted for the whole of term 3. I was kinda sad because It's better doing my school work at school because there's no distractions and when I need help I can ask my friends or  teachers for help but when I'm at home you get distracted and when your family members are busy they can’t help you. Being at home helps me improve my talents like baking, singing, dancing and communicating better with my family. Most of my siblings birthdays were during this lockdown so we had to find a way to still make it special even though we can’t go anywhere or can’t do anything during lockdown. This lockdown has effectively helped me communicate better with my family and spend more time together and have fun like playing board games, baking together, watching a movie together, chatting with my family who are international, sing songs together and dance together. I am so grateful for this lockdown because it helps me build my talents and  I know that these beautiful talents that I have will help me in the future.

As you may be aware, Auckland is currently in level 3 lockdown, and some students are still doing school work from home, while parents who are required to work send their children to school. As you may be aware, when Auckland returns to level 3, takeaways reopen, and the lines at all takeaways were long. It's as if the world is ending and there will be no more takeaways and the building will be destroyed; Level 3 is comparable to Level 4 as we remain in our own bubble. This lockdown has been extremely difficult because school term 3 has ended and we are still under lockdown, which is really frustrating because it makes it difficult for us to interact with our teachers and friends. Lockdown is something that has actually helped me have more fun and it has helped me with my talents such as baking and other things. It has also helped me with more of my talents such as building and learning new things, as well as exploring other things that I haven't done before.

Poster About Fathers Day

As you know this week is Tuvalu language week so I had to make a poster about father's day. For this task I used some Tuvalu language and I learned some new words about Tuvalu and how you say things in Tuvalu like saying I love you.

Tuvalu Language Week

Tuvalu has some similarities with Samoa. I’m going to explain some facts about Tuvalu and its culture. Tuvalu is a small island that lies right in the midway between Hawaii and Australia. Tuvalu’s language is so similar to Samoa and how they say things like for example Tuvalu’s language say Talofa and Samoa’s greeting is Talofa as well.

Tuvalu, like all the other Pacific islands, is located in Oceania. Tuvalu is an island nation in the Pacific Ocean's west-central region. It is located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, midway between Australia and Hawaii. Tuvalu is quite near to the islands of Kiribati to the north and Fiji to the south, and there are nine islands in Tuvalu in the South Pacific. Tuvalu is the world's fourth smallest country, according to some estimates.

The two main values of Tuvaluan culture in order to develop healthy and successful Tuvaluan families are unity and sharing. These two values serve as the foundation for building a good society where people live in peace and share the common culture.

In Tuvalu culture, spiritual beliefs and values are most important in parts of Tuvalu's everyday life and those who are affected by the Tuvalu way and how they do things. Because of the effect of everyday activities in Tuvalu, love and spirituality are most important in Tuvalu culture.

In summary I hope that you have learned some amazing facts about Tuvalu and its culture. Amazing facts about Tuvalu and knowing that some things are similar.

This week for literacy we are learning about Tuvalu because its Tuvalu Language Week and these are some fast about Tuvalu and its culture.

Writing Tonga

TITLE:  What are some cultural facts about Tonga?

Introduction:

The Tongan culture has some similarities with other Pacific island cultures, such as Samoa, Rarotonga and Fiji are just a few to name.

I will explain some facts about Tonga. The Kingdom of Tonga includes a variety of features and one of the most important things about the Tongan culture is their identity.

On the globe Tonga is on the Oceania near the other pacific islands and Tonga is on the southwestern Pacific Ocean and Tonga has about 170 islands  in the south-western Pacific. Tonga is known as being a friendly island because James cook travelled to Tonga and he was amazed by the hospitality of the Tongan people so he decided to call it the friendly island.

Some of Tonga's customs are that Tongan's place a high value on humility.  Everyone is expected to be humble, including the king. Some common practices of humility. Parents also avoid praising their children for accomplishments as a way to promote humility in the family. Some do and some don’t in the Tongan culture. Firstly, you should take care when admiring something owned by your Tongan peer.  One don’t that you should not do not gossip or speak of a person or their family to their peers without the individual’s knowledge. You may respectfully raise issues to them whilst they are present.  However, gossiping is considered to be profoundly disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Tongans living conditions are below the poverty line  88 percent of Tonga's population live in rural areas of the country and this means most experience the highest rates of poverty and living conditions.

Tonga’s core values are mutual respect, sharing, and cooperating. fulfilment of mutual obligations, humility and generosity, loyalty and commitment. Family is the central unit of Tongan life. An example of respect is to acknowledge others and say thank you, an example of sharing is sharing different objects, an example of cooperating is including all members of a group in a discussion or team meeting, another example for humility is being grateful for what you have, a example for loyalty is being honest and telling the truth and the last example of being committed is Committing to Being Positive.

In summary I hope that you have learned some amazing facts about Tonga and some examples that you can do. Amazing facts about the different cultures and different things like there language, clothing and how they dance, these are some of the things that are different about Tongan and other pacific island cultures.

For  Tongan Language week we had to writing  facts and learn about the different facts that you should learn about the Tongan culture and the different things between other cultures and Tonga.

What is the best fun activity to do in lockdown?

What is the best fun activity to do in lockdown?

My school has been in lockdown for about one week, because of the covid-19 outbreak here in Auckland. It is now Week 5 in Term 3. I am going to share with you about what I have been doing.

Bubble life has returned to being at home with family 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means you can engage in a variety of activities with your family during the lockdown. So let me tell you a little bit about those games.

One of our favourite activities to do as a family is play board games. Board games such as  monopoly, chess, uno, junga and cards.

In my opinion, these are the most exciting board games to play in lockdown. My family enjoys playing Junga.

The rules of the game for Jenga are:

Rule number 1 - you have to take one block on a turn from any level of the tower except the one below an incomplete top level.

Rule number 2 - you have to  place it on the top most level in order to complete it. The game ends when the tower falls completely or if any block falls from the tower other than the block a player moves on a turn.

The key to winning Jenga is to remove your block without the tower falling while at the same time making it more unstable for your opponent's next move. If you notice the left side of the tower is leaning, then take from the right side.

I believe that board games are the best games to play because board games bring some unique health and life improving benefits to a person’s life. Board games can improve a person's benefit by bringing people closer, strengthen relationships, and can help you meet  people and it  creates competition and nobody likes to lose.  We all take turns at playing and some board games require a lot of thinking such as chess.

Although board games are a lot of fun - playing cards can be a lot more exciting to play.  Some of these card games are called last card, snap, and speed.

I believe that board games, such as monopoly, chess, uno, jenga, and cards are the ideal games to play, especially during lockdown level 4 and since they provide a great opportunity to interact and open up whilst also allowing you to  express your creative and competitive side.

This is my Writing about What is the best fun activity to do in lockdown and I really enjoyed writing this because its about me being in lockdown and my story is about lockdown. Thank You So Much To Ms Hill for helping me with my writing.

Persuasive writing

Why Are Dogs Better Than Cats?

I believe that dogs are better than cats, because dogs can do various things, for example, they can play with you. You can teach them how to do tricks, for instance specifically guard dogs, German shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Labradors can rescue you when there's trouble in your house.

In fact,  you can train a dog. You can teach instructions like "sit," "stay," "down," "roll over," and "fetch." Dogs can also be trained to shake and walk next to you. You can train a dog to be a service animal that assists people who need aid, such as walking the blind people where they want to go.

I agree that dogs are preferable to cats because dogs can  protect your home than a cat. If there is an intruder, dogs are trained to protect families by attacking robbers, for example bit the robbers. Dogs can also have a scary bark that will discourage thieves. When they hear someone approaching, for example, they can bark at the thieves.

So I believe that dogs are better than cats because they are easier to care for both indoors and outdoors, and they can assist children and adults, as well as those who require aid. Dogs can help and protect anybody you want them to protect in a number of ways. If you have kids who are getting a dog now, it can help them get what they want and can help them out. That is why dogs are preferable than cats.

35 Reasons Why Dogs are Better Than Cats - Dogable

This week for writing we are learning about Persuasive writing and we were learning about the language we use when we are writing a persuasive writing. This piece of writing really means a lot to me because it's gonna help me prepare for my test that is coming up so I am practicing for my test that is coming up.

Ancient Olympics

This today we were learning about the Ancient olympics and I learned about the games and that the people won't allow the girls to go and watch the olympics game because they would get pushed from the top of the cliff and here are some facts.
